We are a food catering company dedicated to Greek and Jamaican fusion cuisine. We use the bold and traditional flavours each cuisine is known for, whilst adding a little flair to the old to create something new and unique. We are a team of two; Yannis is from Greece and he has spent a good amount of his life in the UK and Shelley is an English born Jamaican. Our collaboration came about organically, in wanting to learn about each other's homeland. After a year and a half of tastings, and trial and error, GT was born.

Collectively we have over 10 years of experience in hospitality, both in FOH and BOH (front of house, back of house). From serving British Royalty to working in Michelin star restaurants, Greek Tings specialises in incredible service. Having worked with Heston Blumenthal, Helen Darroze, Hampton Court Palace, Lancaster House, Buckingham Palace, Claridge’s and many more, we pride ourselves on excellent quality and tasty foods. We take this experience with us everyday, ensuring we build on the skills we learnt in those places to better ourselves and our products.
